How to apply for a payment arrangement with a medical aid?
There are different administrative processes of applying for payment arrangements with each of the medical aids. What is contracting-in with a medical aid?
Contracting-in is a process that enables a healthcare provider to be formally listed on a medical aid’s provider network. If you are contracted-in with a particular medical aid, that medical aid will suggest your practice to their clients, ultimately resulting in the likelihood of increasing your patient base.

- Sign the Power of Attorney Digitally: Sign the limited power of attorney document digitally, authorizing MyMedReg to contract your practice with the medical aids of your choice.
- Provide documentation: One of our experienced staff members will contact you within 24 hours after opting into our service. They will request all the necessary documentation from you and assist you through our simple streamlined process.
- Payment arrangement & Contracting-in: After receiving your documentation, the MyMedReg team will begin the contracting process on your behalf and provide you with regular weekly updates.
